"Federal" Victorian House 250 Forest Avenue

This beautifully painted Victorian is said to be in the "Federal" style, a seeming contradiction though the layout of the lower floors suggests the boxy Federal design. The enclosed porch at right is a more recent addition. The house entrance has (subsequent to this photo) been restored to the original ornate design. (Take a modern look.)
