At the corner of Euclid Avenue and Erie Street, we see on the right a large, substantial brick house in the Prairie style. The use of brick and the formal styling make this house appear less organic than Wright's designs, but the elements of Prairie style are there none-the-less, including the horizontal patterns in the brickwork, the decorative patterns of the casement windows, and the hip roofs of low pitch extending far beyond the walls.
