Dale Bumstead House
504 N. East Avenue

Designed by architects Tallmadge & Watson.
This residence is one of a group of stucco and brick houses designed by Tallmadge & Watson around 1910 that feature narrow piers as a major ingredient in their exterior walls. The Bumstead House is subtantial in appearance, and set back on a corner lot it commands a presence on Augusta Boulevard which it faces to the south.
